Terms

These Terms apply to purchases made through the Marsnev & Co. website and to the products and services offered through it.

Marsnev & Co. is the trading name of MARSNEV, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under KVK number 42164038.

When you place an order, your purchase is governed by these Terms together with the details of your order and, where applicable, the relevant Font Software License Agreement. A quotation, project agreement, addendum, or other written agreement may contain additional or different terms. Where a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement takes precedence for the matters it covers.

Orders and payment

An order is completed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

The total amount payable, including applicable VAT and any mandatory charges, will be shown before you place your order. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Online payments are processed by Stripe.

Marsnev & Co. may cancel or correct an order where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, payment cannot be completed, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Marsnev & Co., the amount paid will be refunded.

Font Software

Our Font Software is provided for use under the applicable Font Software License Agreement (EULA). By purchasing or downloading Font Software from Marsnev & Co., you agree to the terms of the applicable license.

We strive to ensure that our fonts are accurate, functional, and compatible with the environments described on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that every font will be suitable for every particular application, workflow, or purpose. We therefore provide a Trial License so that you can test our fonts before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Please refer to the applicable EULA for the permissions and restrictions governing your use of the Font Software.

Digital delivery

Font Software and related purchase documents are supplied electronically. After successful payment, the files may be made available immediately through the website and/or through a download link sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for keeping your purchased files and license documents safely stored.

If a download is inaccessible, incomplete, incorrect, or technically defective, please contact us at office@marsnev.co so that we can investigate and provide a replacement where appropriate.

Withdrawal and refunds

Due to the digital nature of our fonts, your statutory right of withdrawal may end once you request and receive immediate access to the Font Software, as explained during checkout.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if the Font Software is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Custom services

Custom type design, modifications, extensions, consulting, bespoke licensing, and other commissioned services may be subject to a separate quotation, proposal, project agreement, or invoice.

The scope of work, fees, payment schedule, delivery, revisions, cancellation terms, intellectual-property arrangements, and other project-specific conditions will be stated in the applicable agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all intellectual-property rights in Marsnev & Co. typefaces, Font Software, and other original materials remain with MARSNEV and/or the relevant rights holders.

Purchasing a product or commissioning a service does not transfer intellectual-property ownership except where this is expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Updates to these Terms

Marsnev & Co. may update these Terms from time to time. A purchase is governed by the version of the Terms in effect when the order is placed.

Changes to these Terms do not retroactively reduce rights already granted under an earlier purchase or agreement unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed with you.
